Last Look
Last Look is a Microsoft Outlook 2007 Add-In that takes a last look at your email before it gets sent out into the wild. Various aspects of the email are examined, and if certain things about the email meet the Last Look criteria, an alert is generated. The alert allows to change the message before it is actually sent. Example Last Look criteria include:
Sending attachments, but no files are attached to the message
Sending messages with potentially offensive content
Sending messages that are too big
Make sure attachments are attached
Check for languange that your recipients may not appreciate
Check for empty Subject lines
Check for an empty message body on a forward or reply
Be sure the email is not too large for your recipients
