Last Look Standard for Outlook 2007 - only $19.95
Last Look Standard is offered as a Microsoft Outlook 2007 add-in that allows you to give your Outlook messages a final look before they are sent out. That final look examines the message for various words, attachments, and size. If certain combinations are found in the message, you are alerted, giving you a chance to change the message (or even add attachments) if necessary.
This can help you avoid those nasty moments, when you have to send a follow-up email that actually includes the attachment you promised in the last one (bosses tend to dislike such things). Or, if you forward on a message to a friend, but forget to include your own message on why you are sending it.

Other than installing the add-in, there's nothing more you need to do. The message is automatically checked when the message is sent, and you are alerted when the message has:
Words that indicate you are sending an attachment, but there are no attachments to the message
Words that indicate you are sending a URL or email address, but none are found in the message
Words that may be objectionable to the recipient
An empty subject line
An empty message body (for forwards and replies)
Exceeded a size limit
Most of these settings can be changed to suit your own style of writing.
